I’m not one for endorsing products but this particular tool is a life changer. I downloaded UTrack onto my iPhone and loved the application to the last ‘byte’
Being an agile fiend I like to do my day to day chores in-line with the agile mindset, and UTrack allows me to do just that!
UTrack is essentially a ‘To-do’ list manager that has a very user friendly and simple interface comprising of 4 columns; To-Do, In Progress, Verify and Done.
You can initiate a To-do task by simply creating a new post-it and it is automatically placed under the ‘To-do’ column. As the name implies, the tasks under To-do show you all the chores that you need to take care of. Once you start doing something from your ‘to-do’ list you can easily drag-and-drop the post-it from To-do to In Progress. Similarly once the task is done you may either move it to Verify (if you want to double check it), or move it straight to Done.
Trust me, when you are able track progress of your day to day chores in a ‘tangible’ manner (in this case literally) as opposed to just checking things off a list, it has a HUGE psychological impact on your attitude towards work. You feel empowered and it feels good to have control over your life.
What’s more, you can share your To-Do track board with anyone by taking a snapshot of your to-do wall and simply mailing it to someone.
All in all I’ll give the app 2 thumbs up! And I’m anxiously waiting for their paid version to come out. I’m hoping the new version would have some more goodies to enjoy.

Hi again Nadir,
This is something I was just thinking about today, actually. My to-do list today is killer, so this seems handy
I like watching what does/doesn’t make a useful psychological impact on work. This seems worth giving a shot, at least.
Ahmed says hi, btw.
Cheers,
~Cameron
ps. email me if you need anything else from ICAgile, I’m responding to your last message right now.
